The project is co-funded by various local governments in Nigeria, with local government departments acting as owners to implement and manage it. In order to use photovoltaic power generation, access to groundwater water supply project, the project consists of 16 Wells, and supporting water tanks, pipe networks, solar power supply system to solve the problem of drinking water shortage in the town.
